This hotel is truly luxurious and offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service provided was top-class, and the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation. the swimming pool was clean and not overly crowded, and the Jacuzzi was a definite highlight. the restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to choose from, and the poolside snack bar served tasty cocktails.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of live entertainment, but this was made up for by the incredible massage service provided.

The hotel had a beautiful indoor pool and a huge outdoor pool, perfect for swimming and cooling off in the hot weather. The play area was also fantastic, with a variety of climbing frames and swings that my daughter loved. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bath and shower, and a balcony with a wonderful view.

There were several things that disappointed me during my stay. the language barrier was a problem, as not many staff members spoke English.

Great pool area and good food options. the pool area was fantastic and really enjoyed lounging around there during the day. the food options at the hotel were pretty good and we enjoyed trying all the different options. the hotel was well-located near various attractions and activities in the area.

Terrible customer service and dirty rooms. Unfortunately, we had a really negative experience with the customer service at this hotel.
